These terms apply to everyone using มุ่งเรียน — students, parents and tutors. By submitting a request or registering as a tutor, you accept these terms.
1. Our service
มุ่งเรียน is an intermediary that matches students with tutors. Our team screens and proposes suitable tutors. Lessons, schedules and lesson fees are agreed directly between the student and the tutor.
2. Students / parents
- Requesting a tutor is free
- Please provide accurate information so we can find the right match
- Lesson fees are paid to the tutor as agreed, unless our team advises otherwise
3. Tutors
- Your profile and education details must be true; our team may ask for proof
- When matched, the tutor pays a referral fee: ค่าเรียน 2 ชั่วโมงแรกของการจับคู่แต่ละครั้ง, within the period our team specifies
- Contacting students obtained through the system to avoid the referral fee is prohibited
- Tutors must teach professionally, be punctual and never mistreat learners
4. Cancellation and referral-fee refunds
- If the student cancels before the first lesson for reasons not caused by the tutor, we will find a new student or refund the full referral fee
- If lessons end after they have started, the referral fee is not refunded unless our team grants an exception
- If the tutor cancels after being matched, the referral fee is not refunded
- Refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 business days of approval
5. Account suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, avoid referral fees or behave inappropriately.
6. Liability
มุ่งเรียน acts as an intermediary and screens tutors to the best of its ability, but does not guarantee learning outcomes and is not liable for agreements or disputes between students and tutors. Our team is happy to help mediate when problems arise.
